You know, our spirit man is alive unto God after we are born again. That's what happens, our spirit is regenerated and awakened unto our creator. He becomes our Father. Satan is no longer our father or master. Our Father causes our eternal spirit to become alive unto Him!!! Hallelujah!!! The Hebrew says it like this, "The spirit of man is the (candle) of the Lord, searching all the inward parts(a chamber room) of his/her being(belly, body, womb)."
So when our spirit man becomes alive unto our God, then we are able to commune and have fellowship with Him. We can know His voice when He speaks to us. Where ever I am, I have my spirit open unto Him and listening. He will tell you things that you did not know or even about situations you may be going through or for someone else. Pray, especially in the Spirit and study His Word. Focus your attention towards your belly(innermost being) and listen. He'll begin to speak. Most of us want to keep talking during this time. Try getting quiet while listening. The more you give the Lord opportunity to speak, the more He will, even when you're not expecting Him too. Sometimes He doesn't speak with words, He'll give you an inward vision or just cause you to know something. I know it in my knower, lol. We're training ourselves to listen to our spirits and not our heads.
Let's increase the Light of the Lord inside us by being aware that our spirit man is His candle and He wants to reveal Himself to us.
